Moong dal 25 kg is washed and ready to cook available in 25kg bulk quantity . Yellow dal is made from carefully selected whole mung beans that have been split and processed to remove the outer green skin.It is  available in 25 kg bag which is a  bulk quantity 

Moong dal yellow, also known as split green gram, is a nutrient-dense legume that has been  consumed in Indian and other Asian countries for over many decades.It is an excellent option for vegetarians and vegans that incorporate protein in their diet.Moong washed dal offers several benefits including rick nutritional content  that make it an essential ingredient in many households.

Cooking Instructions:

1.      Boil the dal with water for approximately  45 minutes.

2.      Heat the oil and  add the hing, turmeric, and cumin.

3.      Add the onion and cook until light brown. 

4.      Add the fresh chilies, ginger and garlic paste and cook.

5.      Turn the heat off and transfer this mixture to the pot of dal.

6.      Add the garam masala, coriander, red chilli, and salt and stir until combined. . 

7.      Bring the dal to a boil until everything pulls together.

8.      Turn the heat off and stir. Ready to serve.

Recommendation:

  • Take the big pot while boiling  because beans, lentils, and peas expand when cooked.

  • You can serve steaming hot dal over basmati rice or with roti or naan.

  • For extra flavour and crunch, serve with Indian pickle or achaar,  freshly chopped onion and green chilis.

Product Storage:

  • Store yellow mung beans at cool and dry place to avoid moisture

  • Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminium foil and place it in an airtight container or freezer bag.
