These items can be returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this time frame for the listed categories.

  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. This includes unopened items, intact labels, and undamaged seals. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of tampering, usage, or is not in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please ensure you retain your receipt when making a purchase, as we cannot process returns without it.

  • Time Frame: As mentioned, returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable nature of many of our products and other logistical considerations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, regardless of the time frame or condition:

  • Fresh produce, dairy products, meat, and any perishable food items are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit the Store: Bring the item(s) you wish to return to our store within the 24-hour window.

  2. Present Proof of Purchase: Provide the receipt or proof of purchase at the customer service desk for verification.

5. Refunds

Once your return is accepted, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: We can issue a refund to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or cash). Please note that refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which can be used on future purchases. Store credits are issued immediately and can be redeemed at any time.

6. Exchanges

In cases where you prefer to exchange an item rather than return it, we will gladly accommodate your request, provided the item is in stock and meets the return conditions. Please note that exchanges are subject to the same time frame and conditions as returns.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We will offer a replacement or refund for any product that is confirmed to be faulty or damaged during the purchase or delivery process. Please bring the defective item along with proof of purchase for us to process the return efficiently.
