Cooking instructions: Remove the wrapping and set the thin sliced lamb donor on the grill. For even cooking light the burners and regulate gas intensity Lamb donor must be cooked at above 70ºC in the centre of the food. Method of preparation: Remove lamb donor from the package without defrosting. Cooked in a frying pan with a little oil for 5-6 minutes at medium-high heat. Product Storage and shelf life: Keep Millennium halal lamb doner frozen at -180°C or below Once opened, keep between 0 and 4ºC and consume within 48 hours. Store in a dry place away from extreme temperature and sunlight. Don’t refreeze once defrosted.
